We recruit top talent and are currently seeking an entry-level Natural Resources Scientist to join our environmental services team in Columbia, South Carolina.

 

 

Principal responsibilities include support for natural resources projects, including regulatory agency coordination, wetland delineations, permitting, and protected species surveys. Successful candidates may also support additional environmental consulting aspects.

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological or Environmental Sciences from an accredited college or university;
  • GIS experience and/or knowledge required;
  • Experience with wetland delineations, environmental permitting, protected species surveys and ecological surveys, or previous experience in southeast U.S. considered a plus;
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for client contact and technical report development;
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments;
  • Willingness to cross train in other environmental and industrial hygiene services.
