Position: Corporate Finance Biller

We recruit top talent and are currently seeking a full-time corporate finance biller to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The individual will be responsible for the following:


  • Review and interpret contract language for designated projects;
  • Set up and maintenance of designated projects in BST (financial software);
  • Review and alignment of scheduling with Project Managers for appropriate review and approval of invoices;
  • Generation of invoices for designated projects in BST (financial software);
  • Submission of invoices to clients for designated projects via client specified mode of delivery (email, designated website, mail, etc.);
  • Maintenance of all invoices, support documentation and approvals via established electronic filing system;
  • Assistance with audit requests for designated projects;
  • Development of relations with internal coworkers for internal customer service needs;
  • Development of relations with clients for external customer service needs;
  • Daily review of outstanding invoices;
  • Daily collection efforts (initial and follow up) on past due invoices with documentation maintained in the AR Dashboard;
  • Ad hoc requests and reporting as needed.


The successful candidate must execute responsibilities in a professional and confidential manner, have positive interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, able to work independently, be detail oriented, organized and able to perform and coordinate multiple tasks.



  • High school diploma/GED required;
  • BS degree in Accounting or related field preferred;
  • A minimum of 5 years' of finance experience supporting management and professional staff required;
  • Effective communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing), using the English language;
  • Experience in engineering or construction setting preferred;
  • Experience with utilizing BST financial software preferred;
  • Experience with project based billing is preferred;
  • Proficient in math and understanding accounting principles preferred;
  • Proficient with computers and electronic file organization;
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel (such as: formatting, formula creation, lookup tables, pivot tables, etc.) software;
  • Proficient with PDF and electronic document development.


This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Successful candidate must meet requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy and Reference check program.
